Courage Camp ☀️💖 At Austin Therapy for Girls, we love Brené Brown’s definition of courage: “to tell the story of who you are with your whole heart.” And honestly? That’s what this camp is all about. Our Courage Camp for rising 4th & 5th grade girls helps girls: ✨ build confidence ✨ navigate friendships ✨ manage anxiety & big feelings ✨ practice using their voice ✨ feel less alone ✨ walk into the school year feeling stronger Because courage for girls this age isn’t about being fearless. It’s raising your hand when you feel nervous. Trying again after feeling left out. Setting boundaries. Being yourself even when it feels hard. Think pink couches, creative activities, coping skills, laughter, and real conversations that help girls grow from the inside out. 💖
