Here’s a little inspo borrowed from the recovery community: the AEIOU check-in.

A simple way to slow down, notice what’s going on underneath the surface, and head into the weekend with a little more intention.

A — Acknowledge: What am I feeling right now?
E — Energy: What gave me energy this week? What drained it?
I — Inside: What have I been keeping inside?
O — Others: Who helped me feel supported, safe, or seen?
U — Unplug: What can I put down or let go of this weekend?

Sometimes we don’t need to solve the feeling. We just need to notice it. ✨
